In order to improve soft skills of the employees, on 18/8/2018, Trading & Service Ben Thanh Joint Stock Company had worked with MCG Academy of Human Resource Development to open the course of “Building a professional attitude in working environment”. The course included these main contents: Creating professional attitudes and behaviors, Seven habits of an effective worker, Understanding and communicating with people from different type of MBTI.

The course had provided employees with useful and interesting information, and help employees add on necessary skills for their jobs.
